Information from Syracuse University's Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) is cited in a City Limits article on federally funded anti-crime programs in cities.

The Post-Standard highlighted the "Loud Towel" and community-building efforts by former SU basketball player Lawrence Moten and former SU football player and Shirt World owner Dave Jacobs.
