Rubinstein speaks at Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars

Robert A. Rubinstein, professor of anthropology and international  relations at the Maxwell School, was an invited speaker at the conference on “Accounting for Culture in the Military: Implications for Future Humanitarian Cooperation,” held on Dec. 9 at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and sponsored by The Curb Center for Art, Enterprise and Public Policy at Vanderbilt University.
