National Journal interviewed James Steinberg, dean of the Maxwell School, about his tenure as U.S. Deputy Secretary of State.

Kevin Noble Maillard, associate professor in the College of Law, participated in a New York Times "Room for Debate" feature on the value of a law school education.

Foreign Policy Journal published an op-ed by Maxwell School Ph.D. student Abolghasem Bayyenat on the Iran-Pakistan partnership and its implications for the United States.

Robert Thompson, director of the Bleier Center for Television and Popular Culture in the Newhouse School, is quoted in the Post-Standard in an article on the local roots of the creator of Captain America. He also is quoted by KNSS Radio (Wichita, Kan.) on the passing of "Wheel of Fortune" designer Ed Flesh.
