Update on the Connective Corridor construction project on University Avenue

Starting on Friday, June 24, at 7 a.m., the driveway onto University Ave. from Health Services / SU Ambulance will be closed intermittently. This closure will continue for approximately six weeks, from 7 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Egress from Waverly Ave. should be used.

Starting on Friday, June 24, at 7 a.m., the west side entrance to Marshall Square Mall (next to Starbucks) will be closed completely. This closure will continue for approximately six weeks, from 7 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Starting Monday, June 27, at 7 a.m., University Ave. (from Adams to Waverly) will be open to local and emergency traffic only. Thru traffic will be redirected via detour signs. This closure will continue for approximately six weeks, from 7 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

A temporary pedestrian walkway from Adams to Waverly will now be on the east side (Sheraton Hotel) instead of the west side.

Pedestrians will not be allowed to walk through the cordoned-off construction area due to risks to personal safety.

Should you have any construction-related questions or concerns (e.g., scheduled deliveries, access, closures, noise), please contact Ray Saville, Resident Engineer, at (315) 382-9853.
