The Staten Island Advance reports that Jill Feigelman, a junior in The College of Arts and Sciences, is serving as a special correspondent for the Advance, filing reports from London on the royal wedding.

The Albany Business Review reported on Helios, a Syracuse-based startup medical device company led by Luis Romo, a graduate biomedical engineering student in the L.C. Smith College of Engineering and Computer Science, winning the top prize at the inaugural New York State Business Plan Competition at the University at Albany's College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering.
