What is Winter Carnival? If you do or even if you don't know the answer to this come and find out at the general interest meeting for Winter Carnival 2011. Winter Carnival this year is Feb. 23-27, and we have a lot planned so far and would love your opinions on what other things we can do. So if you are interested in revamping this Syracuse tradition please come to our first meeting! It will take place Friday, Dec. 3, at 3 p.m. in the Office of Student Activities Lounge.
