Participants are needed for a study of life perspective, health behaviors and health. Participants will be asked to complete questionnaires (for about an hour) and to wear a physical activity monitor for three consecutive days as they go about their normal activities. Must be 18 years or older and physically able to participate in regular physical activity. SU faculty and staff are encouraged to participate.
