Service marking fifth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina to be held Aug. 30

Hendricks Chapel will host a service of hope and healing to mark the fifth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina on Monday, August 30 at 8 p.m. in the Main Chapel. We will gather together to remember both the tragedy and hope that was born out of this disaster. Through story, poetry and song we will mark the fifth anniversary as a community seeking healing for ourselves and the region. The service is non-sectarian and open to the public. All are welcome!
