Looking for a career in the nonprofit or government sectors? Then don’t miss Community Connections, Friday, March 5, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. in Panasci Lounge of the Hildegarde and J. Myer Schine Student Center.

More than 30 local and national nonprofit and government organizations will participate, including The American Red Cross, Arc of Onondaga, ENABLE, Manlius Historical Society, Organizing For America, the Peace Corps, Serve New York AmeriCorps, U.S. Secret Service and the U.S. Air Force.

“Many of our students express an interest in nonprofit and government work,” says Jennifer Walters, associate director of Syracuse University Career Services. “Plus, there is projected growth in the area of government jobs. This makes Community Connections a terrific opportunity to get connected with these employers.”
